I was on the 5th floor msticu for about a week and a half... I had wonderful nurses on that floor .... Courtney, Makayla, Macayla, Ethen, Jimmy, Georgia and Desmond . Everyone took such good care of me .I had been through a lot and they really cared. GREAT TEAM! When I got on the second floor I had wonderful nurses here as well.... Tripti, Ade and Andrea did a wonderful job of caring for me!! Thank you everyone!!

First off you fitted me in for an MRI on a Saturday, otherwise I would have waited another month, Thankyou. The young fella at the Radiology Check in desk was very pleasant, we had a great chat. Then the MRI Tec was exactly the same ensuring everything went smoothly and quickly. Most impressed with their professionalism and courtesy.

This review is in regards to Labor & Delivery This was the best experience my wife and I couldve ever asked for. The staff was amazing in it's entirety. I never describe anything as perfect but there's a first time for everything. Everyone was punctual and everything felt like it came from a place of love and not labor. Truly an amazing experience. Honorable mentions: Vanessa (good luck to you in your future endeavors!) Rachelle Rocquel Adrienne Alexis Far too many to name. If we have another baby anytime soon, we can't imagine going anywhere else. Thanks guys for taking care of us!!!!!

My 11 year old autistic daughter had surgery here and the staff was amazing. My husband and I ran into Omar while I was waiting for my daughter to get out of surgery.. He checked on us while we waited and on my daughter when we received a room, he even brought her a plushy which she treasured! He was instrumental in making my daughter feel supported and safe. He is a gem and an asset to this organization. Thank you to the surgeon, the nurses on the 7th floor, and the whole Chippenham staff !

I was a patient there on January 7th I had surgery that day and I was on 2 front and Lisa made sure i had everything that I needed. She also made sure that I was comfortable too and she also made sure that I ate as well. She went to Chick-fil-A and got me food. That was really sweet of her because she didn’t have too and that really made my day. The night shift my nurse was Ebony she made sure that I wasn’t in pain she gave me my medicine on time she too and from the restroom and she made sure that I didn’t want for anything. She came into my every 2 hours and made sure that I wasn’t good. I received great care from 2 front and im grateful…Thank you 2 front!!!

I was hospitalized at Chippenham for four days. I cannot say enough about how well I was cared for. Staff coordinated with my urologist flawlessly. Every nurse cared for me with respect and excellence. Hospital doctors provided the care and support I needed. What a great team!

I gave birth at Chippenham and it was truly the best experience I could've asked for. The entire nursing team went above and beyond to make me comfortable and happy. Everyone was so kind and understanding, no matter what was happening. I wanted to give a special shoutout to one of our nurses, Mary. Mary was kind, considerate, and deserves the world. She braided my hair for me during labor and held my hand when I was nervous. She advocated for me when I couldn't do it myself and she made sure I had all I needed. While I was so happy to be discharged, I was honestly sad to say goodbye. We will never forget all the effort and love she poured into our room. If you ever go to labor and delivery, I highly reccomend requesting her 💓

Here’s the updated review: A Heartfelt Thank You to Chippenham Labor & Delivery Katie, Rocquel, Tina, Heather, and Mary — thank you for all you did to bring our baby girl into this world. Having a baby earlier than expected, or even as scheduled, is terrifying. And when you don’t have extended family nearby, and your husband has to stay home to care for your 3.5-year-old, every moment carries the possibility of being scary. These women turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one filled with confidence, comfort, and care. There standard of excellence is very high and they ensure you feel informed and well taken care of. They are the kind of people you want by your side every single time. An incredible group of women and professionals who make institutions like Chippenham thrive. I know there are more people who were part of our story, and I’m deeply grateful to them as well, but these five deserve to be acknowledged for their excellence, hard work, and unwavering commitment to patient recovery and well-being. This department deserves the highest accolades for the way it brings life into the world and looks after the families who have worked so hard to make that dream a reality. Amazing job. I cannot express enough how well cared for that I felt. Everyone from the sweet lady that checked me in for my surgery to the nurses and staff were so supportive and caring. They kept me informed about what was happening and what to expect. As surgery experiences go, this was one of the best I ever had.
